We never finished our previous discussion; you had to go where I don't know.
Now I will try again, but you are in bed already.
OK, I will keep it short.
It is all about a new adventure in the near future.
Mmmm, are two months from now in the near future?
I suppose it depends on the timeline you are working with.
Let's not get distracted; it is about an upcoming adventure.
Oh no, without characters, there can be no adventure.
Therefore I must introduce the characters in this letter before telling you what is planned.
You already know Punda. His name means donkey because he strolls and stops frequently.
Mpanzi and Punda |
You have also met Mpanzi, which means 'planter,' but the name was misspelt at the beginning of our stories. It should have been Mpenzi, which means 'lover.' I humbly apologize for this blunder; luckily, she has green fingers and is a plant planter.
Then there is Barika, whom you have met before. Her name means 'blessings.' She is Punda and Mpanzi's daughter.
Barika is married to Rafiki. His name means a friend. He is a friend to all who get to know him.
Barika and Rafiki |
The fourth member of our team is called Mwamba, which means rock, based on his natural name. He is also Punda and Mpanzi's offspring.
Mwamba - I will tell you later why he is so happy. |
Mpanzi's sister is also joining us on this adventure. I will call her Dadatu, which means sisters.
Dadatu |
And lastly, Msafiri. Well, last but not least. What is written about them that is last?
Msafiri |
There you have the characters in the cast.
Unfortunately, for two excellent reasons, Mwamba's wife will not join us on this adventure. I might reveal the details in another letter.
An adventure in the making.......
O, just saw this about adventures:
